Exhaust Headers

Hi All,

My headers on my XT660Z have gotten pretty rusty, and the clamp bolts I'm fairly sure I couldn't remove without breaking them.

Does anybody make new headers, preferably stainless or titanium? Standard steel ones from Yamaha are really expensive for what they are and will just rust again. If theres no off the shelf options, has anybody had a set of headers made?

Thanks!

EBay, if your is a 2007 onwards you will need to weld in a 02 bung.

Hi Kev,

Thanks for the reply, but those both seem to be XT660X headers, and I've got a 2011 XT660Z Tenere. The manifold looks something like this:
