After fitting a pcv

After fitting a power commander v today I'm now getting Speedo show me as moving while stationary what have I done wrong lol

I recently fitted a PCV and had the same issue. The forum advice was to unistall it and try again making sure that all the connections are secure.
TBH I didnt get round to it and havent noticed it again.
Out of curiosity where did you get the map done?..
Mines currently running a map that it came with and its not perfect but ok.
Im taking it to Sams Dyno in Fould soon and for 95 he's gonna do a custom map.

Are you both running Dyno Jets o2 optimizer?

nikroc 29-12-18 09:56

I am..

Remove the O2 Optimizer & reconnect the O2 sensor & let me know if it has fixed the problem?

Dave-xt660x 01-01-19 15:11

Removed 02 optimizer and Speedo is reading zero as it should when stationary have I done something wrong when installing optimizer ?

Kev 01-01-19 21:08

Nope, the O2 optimizer is over loading the ECU earth circuit which affects other consumers, you need to wire a new body earth wire to the optimizer earth side of the 02 heater, Dynojet know about this & they have never fixed their Optimizer to fix the problem that happens to a few 660's.

Never had this problem with my controller.

Thanks for information unsure exactly how to solve this how do I improve the earth to o2 sensor

Same ask here too...

Kev 03-01-19 10:34

What I worked out was to Cut into the insulation on the G/Y Green yellow wire at the O2 sensor, solder an a wire onto this G/Y wire & the other end goes onto the earth side of the battery, then retest.

NOTE: Before doing this mod unplug the O2 sensor & on the loom side turn the key on & use a multimeter & make sure there is no voltage on the Green & yellow wire, if no voltage run the earth wire to the battery
