Speedo acting strange

Every since I put the power commander on the speedo is somehow reading 5 or 6 mph when Im stationary..I am not saying its the power commander just coincidental.

Any ideas?

I know it's going to be a pain, but take the PC off and see if the fault disappears and work from there.
