fitted dna stage 1 and 2
 

got my dna filters from off-the-road this morning, oiled them, fitted them, stuck the kev fuel mod at 5 o'clock and holy shhhh the difference. incredible.

thing is there was a very intermittent misfire when idling and she sounds like she is not far from cutting out when i clutch in for tight turns,

is the solution adjusting the tps?

Misfire or backfire ?.....Backfire after revving and letting it return to idle is normal on the XT and is resolved by blocking the AIS which is a very well documented and searchable thread on this forum.

As for cutting out after revving.....please check your engine is warm and set the idle to 1500 rpm first.

Definite misfire, only caught it twice and haven't noticed it since to be honest. WELL aware of the backfiring haha, my xtx had akrapovic pipes and my z now has mtc cans that sound like rifles going off.
