I can't place which bike has those perforated rad side panels,but the RHS only can and kick start rule of a 660x.

NOT the T7, thats a 3 cilinder.
the one here is a single and upon inspecting the looks, i'd allso say it's a ktm 530 or the sort...

Yep, like others have said looks a lot like a KTM 530. Those rad plastics with holes were a trademark of 2008-2012 KTMs
