Fat Bar conversion

My bars are slightly bent and I want to change them. I like the look of fat bars but see I need to change the clamps. Would these ones fit on my 2004 XTX?

Wasn't in a position to do that at the time, so hoped someone would know so I could get them ordered. Doesn't matter now.
