Denali Soundbomb mini
 

Anyone fitted a Denali Soundbomb Mini to their XT660X? Trying to establish whether it will fit in place of the original horn. Any suggestions where to mount it if it doesn't?

I bought one for my fz1 sent it back it was no louder than my Oem horn was not impressed with it.

My horn is knackered. So i've just bought a 500Hz Stebel, which should be a good mid range sound. Just hoping it'll fit where the oem one is, but its a fair bit bigger? Will post back at the weekend if I get it fitted okay, or why i didnt!

I tried the Denali mini on my XTX but you couldn't get full lock when mounted in place of the original. I think that might have MOT implications so it was returned.

I fitted the Stebel TM80. It went straight in really. I had to drill the bracket out but then I noticed it came with a bracket! Doh! Anyway, I put a clip together but of course iMovie caps the sound so you can't hear how much louder it is, lol! But trust me, it's a marked improvement over the one that was on there!
