rear axle nut tread size 660z
 

hi guys
i need to find a new rear axle nut for my 2016 660z but the local dealer wants an arm & legs for one and a 2wk wait,so can any one give the size and tread size so i can go down to the local bolt store

buy yourself a set of metric thread gauges...
I would measure mine... but my gauges are at work...

they come in a set like feeler gauges but look like little saws of diffrent sizes...

if you have the original take it down to a industrial unit that sells bolts etc to the trade and ask them to match one up...

ive called all the yamaha dealers and came back with the same answer…$58 just for 1 locknut and 6 to 8wks for it to come :icon_albino::icon_albino:

so down to the local nut & bolt shop and came away with a new one for less than $1 yep $1 here are the details if you need one
M16 x 1.5p *fine* CL8 locknut
