Anyone got a spare Right Yamaha Hand Guard???

Had a stupid off this morning and I've knacked the Right Hand Guard on my XT660Z.

My Dad (F800GS) hit the wrong gear on a steep uphill hairpin and I spotted him going down in my mirror, went to U-Turn on a steep cobbled slope to go back down and help him out, and didn't give it enough welly to get all the way round!! Lost momentum at the top of my arc and boom, down I went! Both of us on the deck within 50m, our most successful ride yet!

The Wind deflector is fine, just the frame that's dead - managed to break both sections!... does anyone have a spare knocking about? Or know where I can get just the bits I need instead of buying a whole new set?

If I can sort it cheap, I'll stick with the Yamaha setup, otherwise I might have to have a look at the barkbusters...

Only other damage was to my brake pedal, but got that sorted with a blowtorch and a couple of grips. Is there an aftermarket brake pedal with a sprung hinge so I don't bend it every drop?? Seems to be the most vulnerable bit of the bike...

Cheers

Dan

I've one in the garage, not sure if it's left or right though.. I'll have a look later when I get back.
(the other one is busted... I tried to pick the bike up by the handguard !)

It broke picking up the bike?? I thought they'd be stronger than that! Mind you, I never thought I'd destroy one from practically stationary either...

To be fair, it was the only thing I had hold of, the bike was on it's side and was kinda loaded..

Unfortunately though, it's the Right side one that's busted. The Left is fine

Right seems to be the most common broken side, I've come across 3 spare lefts so far! Thanks for getting back to me

I managed to find the bits I need, and a few extra spares through the Yamaha Tnr Facebook group and at a decent price, Cheers!
