Seems fine, even I am not sure :). However, when I had same problem as you, I disconnected the battery for a few minutes. After that it worked as it should.
PS
maybe replacing 7 and 8...

WOW! I remembered!

As I am a newbie, one day i turned the key more then lock position, parking lights went on and my battery got empty. After that day, i couldn't see RPM.

Disconnecting and connecting battery should help me :hug[1]:

I will let you results :D

Reconnetting battery worked well. Thank you!

One more question, when i start cold engine (outdoor temp is 30C) idle speed is 1200-1250 RPM. Thos causes stall if i drive in a minute. If i wait 3 minutes, rpm increases to 1400-1450. Are these values ok?

idle speed is around 1450/1500rpm on an adjusted warm engine.

So it will be better if i increase about 50 rpm. Thus, cold start shows 1300 rpm, in 3 minutes increases to 1500 rpm. Right?

By the way, i am looking to find the thread which shows how to adjust idle speed. Maybe you helpe to see :D

I have never checked idle on cold engine. But, it seems to me that they fall down to 1400-1500 once the engine is warm. Maybe I am wrong.

Go for a ride 5-10 minutes. Stop and start with the RPM counter. Turn the idle screw (left side, where the acceleration cable goes) until you have 150 for the RPM. That's it, you don't need a thread or a tutorial, it's just a screw you need to turn.
