Sprocket changes

Im wanting to get a bit more 'go' from traffic lights etc and confused as to which way to progress.
Bike has standard gearing currently so which is the 'best'set up?..

15/48 or 14/45 would prob suit you best...
would be 250 revs higher at 100kmph..
I run 14/48 , is 500 revs higher at 100kmph...
