XT 660 R ECU - Er-4
 

Dear Experts,

I am from Sri Lanka and there is no much experts who can troubleshoot an advance bike and what they do is basic config and repairs, but PC based programming is very minimal. there are a few guys who can config PCiii etc. but my problem is a bit complex one.

My bike has been imported after dismantling the whole thing as our country doesn't allow high capacity bikes on street. also the key hole and the key didn't come in the original package therefore my garage fellow bought down a re-programmed key with the ECU.

Now i have two issue
01. Bike has the surge problem and i read about it my ECU has the issue
02 . now i cant get into the menu as i try , it shows Er-4 - there is no wiring issue in the machine . the confusing part is as per the error code - when we get Er-4 we cant start the bike but in my case i can run the bike . need your support with regard to this. thanks a lot my friends
