Hi guys, some time ago, I think I have promised to check for you how you can get off-road maps for Bulgaria. Here is a link which you might find useful:

Unfortunately the site is in Bulgarian only but you can find a PDF with some instructions to download. There you will find a mail where you could establish contact with the company. Just for your info - the maps are very detailed and covers thousands of kms off-road tracks with various colours depending on the terrain difficulty. You can spend weeks riding and you will be able to cover a fraction only. Check there might help.
Another one, which is free and there people publish/share their own tracks but I find good and useful is: Wikiloc, it needs registration but then it is free and easy to use. Smart phone will suffice for a device.
