Is that enough info?

That is indeed enough.

The VIN suggests it is a late 2012 French built model, which in turn confirms that the colour/panels more than likely don't belong to it, as neither white nor khaki were options in that year. It can't be an earlier bike registered in 2012 either because obviously that would have a different VIN age identifier (10th character, C for 2012) and the country code (1st/2nd characters) would be Spanish (VS to VW) not French (VF to VR).

The one thing that keeps playing on my mind with this bike is the missing side air box panels. It looks very dusty in there, and I just can't help thinking possibly the motor was run like that. But this makes the air filter useless as unfiltered air would have been drawn straight in through the throttle body. Maybe the orginal owner did this in an effort to achieve a 'budget' stage 3 mod, then knackered the motor, found out how much a rebuild was so subsequently opted for an insurance job on it. Dunno could be wrong?

Cheers Pleiades and Desert Racer, I'm thinking that there are too many unknowns about this bike. Thats on top of the $2000 parts list I've already made for it.

Thanks for your advice everybody
