Motrax heated grips
 

Has anyone any experience of motrax heated grips?
Only one of mine seems to be working and wondering whether it's fixable or just remove them and put standard grips back on.

That's what I had hoped but no dice, even took the connection blocks off and tried wire to wire but still doesn't seem to want to play
