I have Akrapovic end cans on my 09 XTX.
I cannot find a set of header pipes anywhere. Has anyone bought any or seen any on any sites.

AFAIK the only replacement available (other than OE) are from Off The Road in Germany...

Ive seen these i was hoping Akrapovic do them to match

Akrapovic do not make replacement headers unfortunately, but the OTR ones will match up with your link pipes and cans.

Have to confess I've never seen those before but with the exchange rate currenty at 1.14 won't be buying anytime soon!!!

I thought MTC were working on a set? not heard anything for a while.

Would a single can system do ?

There's a post by by me somewhere on the board about me going from twin Akra's to a 2 into 1 and the transition in how the motor behaved was extreme if you own a 660r and looking to go off-roading etc then it's the pipe for you because it turns the bike into a real old fashioned thumper,but if you looking for quick revs and and max HP on your X give one a miss,I didn't ride more than a couple of miles got home and took it off.
