Funny how, with the adrenaline flowing, you don't notice you're hurt! Good that's all you're nursing - could have been far worse.

As for the bike, things I'd check would be:
  1. Wheel trueness
  2. Rim damage
  3. Tyre damage
  4. Bent/loose spokes
  5. Bent fork stanchions
  6. Cracked fork legs round axle pinch bolts
  7. Miss-aligned forks in yokes
  8. Headstock bearings
  9. Cracked mudguard mounts

Geez Steve bummer end to a day. It is good that you have reported the incident as you never know what will arise down the track once the dust has settled. Hope the knee comes good sooner rather than later mate.
