if the chain is that stretched its time to change it but sprockets will be very worn as well if they have been running with that chain, you would have to take two links out which would make to short I think. get a new sprocket and chain set check rubbers in sprocket carrier and bearing..... job done... it has to be done some time then enjoy the ride.

Yeah well, maybe it's all the same to change the sprockets too while I'm at it.
