ECU repair/testing

Does anyone know of someone that can test or repair an xt660x ecu. I think mine is but not 100% also my immobiliser has been disabled as I have another ignition barrel and key. It was working fine but since I rebuilt motor, its no start. error 4 . regards, cam.
