First camping trip on the XT
 

I have always done loads of camping over the years but have never done it on a motorbike something I always wanted to do. The other weekend I thought I would give it a try on my XT660Z, it was a damp weekend but was still everything I wanted it to be. Headed in to Wales to an area I know well from mountain biking and White water kayaking. Came back buzzing and looking forward to the next one.

hi pepsi, thanks for comments, love the bike, keep doing stuff to it which wasnt the plan as have other bikes I have restored and dont really use coz of that bought this one to just use but keep tinkering with it. didn't really get on with my panniers which I had been given sometime back so that has to change in future. as for hammock sorry cant help there always been on the ground, only really wild camped in Corsica and again on the ground, use these days a vango self inflating mat which rolls up to not much at all. hope someone can help you with hammock, rock and roll. cheers
