Cat and Fiddle - I won't bother

We rode the Cat and Fiddle with high expectations. Very short, the Inn was closed and only 3 memorable corners. Camera's on every corner, so you are being watched every step of the way. Not a patch on the Lakes or some of the amazing roads in Scotland.

TBH, the Cat & Fiddle has been "ruined" for a number of years. You won't be the first, or the last, to be disappointed in the experience. It was it's own worst enemy (or rather the riders that rode it were). Best to stay off the beaten track!

Cat and fiddle used to be great but a few people killed and they put the cameras up. Another good road is from Buxton to Matlock,

strines to bolsterstone too pretty good. Not fast but twisty
