Gear change issues
 

Hi I took an xt660r 06 out for a test run today my first time on this bike but I'm really interested in buying one ride went well and I enjoyed everything the bike had to offer apart from the gear change when you were going through the gears at a steady pace you could feel each gear and was fine but if you open the throttle and rapidly changed gear 1 was fine and 2 but when you though you'd changed to 3 their seamed to be a lot of travel and when you though you were in 3 and let the clutch out it was still in 2 it would do the same going from 3 to 4
Don't know if this was just an issue with this paticular bike or its a common thing
Been looking on the site and not seen any issues with gear change problems
