I'm getting to the end of a job and hope to get down either Thursday or definately Friday, I'll get the kettle on!:118:

I have got a TeePee tent now in green and of course the Khaki Ten.

I'll be aiming to get there for around 4pm on Friday.

Steve, I've bought myself a petrol stove. Seeing yours in action in Wales last year filled me with uncontrollable envy.

Hopefully I'll be at the campsite between 4 and 5 o'clock on Friday if everything goes in my favour.

I will drive to the campground on Friday, but I expect to be there not before 7 or 8 o'clock in the evening, maybe later.

I will use the train through the Euro tunnel. Does somebody know if I will get some there in Calais or Folkestone for my ?
Is it easy to buy the ticket in Calais or should I order it via the website? I cannot say what time I will be at the terminal in Calais.

See you
Solitario

If you happen to be coming around the M25 & over the Dartford crossing to pick up the M2 it does get busy through there so you will need to keep your wits about you as everyone, especially white van man, is making a bee line for any available toll booth. I think from memory bikes roll through for free, so no need to fumble around for change.

You don't have to stop and pay at the toll booths anymore. You have to pre register and pay online. Catches lots of people out if you haven't used the crossing for a while.

Good news though : 'You don’t have to pay if you cross with a moped, motorcycle, motor tricycle or quad bike.'. :applause::applause:

Still need to have your wits about you though, zombie drivers rushing home for the weekend.

I plan to arrive late Friday afternoon. See you there.

Plan to leave early and call in at Brands to catch some bsb practice, should be at the site by 4pm , solitario , I would try and get from home the exchange rates near the ports are rubbish especially if your arriving late and the banks are shut. Not sure about the prices at the port for Euro tunnel , best check online? Have a good trip , see you there.:bbq[1]:
