2 Yams out, 1 Yam in

After a few months of deliberation I've done it.
Sold my xtx

And my dragstar bobber
http://i962.photobucket.com/albums/a...3/IMAG1797.jpg

and bought a 2011 Z
http://i962.photobucket.com/albums/a...4/IMAG1887.jpg

Comes with the famous kev mod and filter ,rear plate and a carbon mtc can spare, which I'll use the link pipe from and a different can. Less aggressive rear tyre ordered and new sprockets/chain,and hopefully a trip next week to the local ABR meeting in cookstown,or I'll be on the gs.

nice looking new bike, the hard tail you have just sold (if it is hard tail) looks pretty cool as well. Enjoy the XTZ.

Cheers. They designed the xvs650 to look like a hard tail but its got a shock almost horizontally below the seat.

The Xvs650 does look the part stripped back like that. Happier times with xtz660.

Yes Steve,it's looking good for me to attend. If I don't have the z ready I'll take the bm and wear my touratwit suit. :pjrflash_Q2CCBE:

Are you staying over yourself?

Managed to get the exhaust sorted. Used the mtc link pipe and an old art can from a bandit 600 with a db reducer, worked out ok.

And the top box and screen deflector fitted.

Unfortunately I didn't see you today Steve. Were you possibly there on the thumper group?

Anyway the wee ten did me well today. 300 miles of various roads shows it can hustle along with much bigger machinery.
