Thank you all , bit of a change for me just sold my Bmw 1150 gsa , the xt feels small , it's got filter and pipes but has a funny surgin thing at low revs in traffic , busy trying to find what it is

Have a look at this thread - I think you'll find plenty of things to investigate/try to cure your surging issue.

The kev mod and the throttle body mod are both worth a go :) But it's never as smooth as a bmw, but thats why I like it :)

I'll give them a go , Bmw was a sweet ride but way to heavy and cost a bomb to service , love the xt really nice bike , nice forum loads of help so far cheers all
