morning all,

im matt, I ride sports bikes mostly and currently own a gsxr 1000 l1 for fundays, though have dabbled with choppers, trikes and a few other types along the way, ttr250 serow, slr650, f650 funduro, me and my dad had a few bikes between us over the last 15 years or so. I live in south wales uk and have just ordered an 08 plate xt660x in black.

im hoping it will put the smile back on my face on my daily commute which is done by audi currently but theres a bit of traffic about at rush hour so this should be the perfect bypass ;-)

so.......bike has cans already on it, what else do I need to know hahaha

also I have some led spot lights I want to fit for extra visibility as im on the way to work at 5 am

well many thanks all, easter holidays this weekend and by the time the dealer has carried out the service etc I fear its going to be next week before the XT is delivered, which .... kinda gives me time to study up eh?

I'm on my second xt660 now, a break in between , but just couldn't resist!! If you have aftermarket cans you may want dynojet for better fuel effic. And O2 optim. Will help with low rev surging , pm your email for a link to a great deal �215 all in

I love my fast bike and have an fz1n and gsxr750 bought my xt660x 4 weeks ago. Just for a trip in 8 weeks time round lockness. Done 800 miles on it so far. And it's a lot of fun. Sun was out last weekend jumped on the xt without thinking. So can not be that bad. Really is a lot of fun. Just love it. Hit the traffic last week ,straight up on the pavement round I went dropped back on the road. Had to smile to myself. That's what it all about. Get the f**k out of my way just love it. Got my hot grips sat nav on it ,and off I go. Places I would never go on my other bike. Back roads / tracks . Fun fun fun. And welcome to the site
