Sidecar for the XTR
 

Just a quick look....
Been building a leanner ADV sidecar for my XTR....
frames almost done & tacked togeather...
I wanted a more offroad style unit but desided to keep it a bit more
user freindly for the passanger on longer trips...

the bike.... far from your standard XTR... still a heavy pig but with good legs.

Very nice & tidy bit of handy work there Petenz.

Has anyone found or know of a match for the XTR frame paint colour..
I would like to have the side car frame the same colour
as the bike..

Slow & steady wins the race mate.
Did you have any luck with the paint? I repainted a frame of a DR600 once & all I did was take a rear foot peg carrier off then get a colour match from a local automotive paint supplier. The colour was bang on all in the convenience of aerosol cans.

not yet... will have to do something like that..
I would like a few spray cans so I have some for touch ups...
