Change of direction...
 

Hi guys - new to all this and now the proud owner of a 2005 XT660R with only 4800 miles. Previous bikes have included a fazer, ktm 690 duke and most recently triumph thruxton. Wanted a bike I would actually use, not be afraid to get wet and muddy, and that could actually do 'stuff'. So here I am!
Tall screen and some cheapo handguards fitted - looking forward to taking it off the rock (Guernsey) and exploring...

Hi - pretty much... highest is 35mph, lowest is 15mph. To be honest a lot of the lanes you'd be mad to go any faster but its a bit daft on the main roads. Not the best place for a sports bike, that's for sure!

Tell me more... when and where? �� always a factor getting off this rock, as is the schedule of our ferry company! Would like to though.
