How should I wire these...
http://i1379.photobucket.com/albums/...psjxstclnb.jpg Any advice on how I should wire in these little lights... they are just to make the Ten a little more visible on murky winter rides... I'll also be fitting spotlights soon. Thanks, Steve

i got those they are quite good.
i wired then off the side light with a relay and a switch so i can turn them off if i want. i have an XTX and hid them behind the tank wings in front of the radiator so you don't notice them if there off |
Use a relay if you want, but there's no real need as the current these use is tiny. Just tap into the sidelight circuit wherever is convenient and fit a switch either in the feed or earth if you want to be able to turn them off.

Thanks Pleiades and Snowmaan. ...and Pepsi I wish it was a Les Paul...sadly just a pretty blue flamed Washburn, sounds nice though!. Steve

Hi Jo, yes...another one of those eBay buys.. you know. ..buy now, one click....it's too easy!. Steve
|
Are you going to use them as day time runners?..or are they spots?..
|
Just little daytime lights...I'll be getting some proper spotlights soon. Think I'll do as Pleiades suggests and wire them into the sidelights. Steve

Yeah it's got my brain thinking a little as well, having both my vision x spots coming on in the main beam , and getting some of those as daytimes, hope you don't think I'm copying you. Just like your idea and wireing idea from pleiades is top information aswell.Yet another expert mod!..

Do you have the link for where you bought them?
