Hello from Brazil
Hey there!
I'm Alex, Russian, and live in Brazil for the last several years. The nature is amazing here, a lots of mountains, twisties, the ocean... I've had 1990 Tenere 3AJ, and after taking it to a mechanic for various reasons pretty often, now I'm the proud owner of a much newer 2013 Tenere =) Hopefully it will be a trouble-free owning and riding experience.
The difference between the old and new Tenere is huge! Seems to be the same size, weight, wind protection. But the driving experience is totally different! With the new Tenere it seems like the bike is pulling by itself, I mean like there's no engine or it's electric. With the '90 3AJ it's was a feeling of a real thumper in between the legs even considering the exhaust sound! The center of gravity is waaay lower thanks to the plastic tank of the new Te. Awesome machine! Love it =)
