When did the Ten get ABS?
 

Sorry for basic question, had a quick look around but failed to find a model/year/spec guide

The ABS version was only available in Europe and not officially imported into the UK. if you have seen one for sale in the UK then it is a Euro spec bike.

If the Tenere had been available with ABS I would still have one today. :icon_sad:

The XT660ZA was actually an official UK model back in 2011 (the year it was released). It only hung around for that year and was removed from the range in the UK for 2012 simply because nobody bought one! The rest of Europe seemed quite happy to buy them. In fact in some Scandinavian countries you can only buy the ZA.

So theoretically, if you're looking for a UK spec ABS Tenere, there will be some (maybe a handful) out there, although they'll be about as easy to track down as Lord Lucan. ;)

Was not looking for an abs one, but am tempted by a 2010, just wondered if it may or may not have it, and did not have a clue as to what year it applied.
