http://i1379.photobucket.com/albums/...psuy4c1huw.jpg It's just riding home the scenic way.....but it makes work/life and all the associated hassle worthwhile, especially on a bike you truly enjoy riding and owning!, family and friends first of course. ..but sometimes you need to immerse yourself in your hobby /passion /obsession. Riding my bike I feel alive, contented...enthused!!. Sorry to go all philosophical on you ....Steve

I used to have a first gen R1 which I loved but then fancied a change and bought the ten and now I find myself looking for new lanes and tracks mainly with grass growing in the middle I now have so many new routes that I didn't have riding a pure road bike.

It sure does help clear the mind that's for sure, & switching from work mode to at home with the family mode.

crikey Steve, that brings back some memories!.. My father used to take me fishing on that pond years ago, used to have more lilies on it back then, I can remember getting there before first light and going out on a punt, sitting and watching the sun come up over the trees and slowly warming the air!..beautiful!.. thanks for the reminder!..
