• lowered the bike some with 1cm longer bones

Next up some good dual sport tires, probably a set of Mitas E07.

Nice Job! I have a black Ten also, and I like the look of the black plastics - a nice touch. Perhaps gloss black powder coated rims and stainless steel spokes would compliment the "look" you have created.
