Hi Guys,

Been monitoring your forum for a while now while I was in the process of purchasing my XT660z.

Picking it up in 30 mins and very excited! Sold my KLR on Monday to buy the 660. :bounce016:

Many people told me the two are relatively the same bike, however after riding the 660 I would strongly argue against that. The 660 is a much better bike.

Looking forward to meeting everyone and having some good chats here!

Welcome.

The KLR is solid and reliable performer. I prefer the older ones personally.
I looked at the KLR before buying my XT660R.
