I'll need to chat to you some more. Last Sunday was way to short. I've off course been to most of that, but years ago. You are so lucky that your missus enjoy bikes, most unusual. See at H again and you can tell me some more and how your preps for this years trip is going
PS My parents had our holiday house round the corner from your Southern Tip of Africa picture. Went there the first time in 1967! We used to ride on the white sandy beach and dunes. 7km long!

Hi Jacques, SA does have some awesome roads! I am sure we'll catch up at the H diner in the near future but in any case I see you're down for the Wales trip as well?

Hi there, did you have a guide with you all the way or did you just get maps and GPS coordinates?
Those water crossings look very much like Baviaanskloof. 180kms of jeep and single track - with LOTS of river crossings!
Would be keen to see the route you took..?

thanks
Graeme

Spot on! It is Baviaanskloof... It was a guided route with this company; http://www.motorbikehire.co.za/dualsporttours7.htm

Drop Craig (the owner) an email, I am sure he can give you an outline of the route. I was truly fantastic...
