125w spot lights on ebay

How do all....
has anybody come across these spot lights...

http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item...202622&alt=web

It says in the description that they have three functions. ..high....low...and flash/strobe...
The description then says they automatically cycle through these functions every time the power is switched on...tried asking the seller to clarify but the reply I got was to read the description. ...most helpful...now I know it says 125watts but they only draw 20 odd watts or something. ...
many thanks

i have fitted these light to my girlfriends XTZ660. I used a switched powersupply (took it from the original headlight) and a seperate switch to power them. Every time I use the switch you cycle between the functions. In the same way as a Petzl headlight or a LED hand torch works.

It is not possible to only use one mode. You have to toggle through the modes to go to the one you want to use after you have switched off the light or the bike. But it is possible to trick this (read the comments):

What strikes me (they almost definitely won't be 'cree') but AFAIK it's impossible to get 125w from 15w draw. If its 125w draw giving 15w that's an epic lot of light gone to heat?
