Tenere 660 33HP restrictor removal Help

HI all, I have just purchased a 2011 Tenere 660, but found in the service wallet a 33HP restrictor certificate from 2011, I don't know if this has been removed. First time out on the bike all seems good and did a quick blast and reaches 100mph quite easily. Would this suggest that the restrictor has been removed??

Any help with this would be great.

Sounds like it isn't restricted?

Anyhow, what your looking for is a plate screwed to the throttle body which acts like a premature throttle stop.

It looks like this:

Nah... Remember it's an XT - simple belt and braces stuff straight out the ark! ;)

Excellent looked at the throttle body and it doesn't have the restrictor plate fitted so looks like it got removed at some point.
Many thanks for the photo very useful and quality advice.
