I am Arjen, 42 years young, and live partly in The Netherlands and partly in Belgium. Since 2009 I ride a blue XT660Z.

I have my driving license since 24 years and I started of with a 90cc Derbi FDS as my first "motorcycle". After the Derbi I have owned a Honda CR250 supermotard, a Yamaha TDR250, a Cagiva River 600cc, a Cagiva Mito 125 and a Honda NS400R.

Because my girlfriend and I started to go on holiday by motorbike I wanted a kind of mixture between the TDR and the Cagiva River. So I bought the Tenere. It's not the only bike in our garage because my girlfriend owns a 2011 XJ6FA, a RD350F2 and a 1991 XTZ660.

What mods did I make:

- Yamaha sidecases and topcase with Kriega bags on top.
- Hyperpro front/rear springs
- Lowered the bike by 3cm and fitted a Yamaha side and mainstand from the Tenere with ABS.
- Touratech 12v power plug, engine guard, upper and lower roll bars, frame protection, chain cover and lower seat.
- Metal Mule rear brake caliper cover and side stand switch cover.
- PU rear drive rubbers
- Foglights (a mixture between SW Motech, Touratech and some light I bought on the internet).
- Smoke lenses for the indicators.
- Oxford heated grips.
- Powercommander and Stage 2/3 DNA airfilter. Besides that I drilled out the cat.
- Mappy GPS system
- Off-The-Road higher windscreen.
- Smoto radiator guard.

Meanwhile I have visited France, Switzerland, Italy, Czech republic, Germany, Poland, Luxembourg, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia and Iceland with the Tenere.
