XT660R will be discontinue?
 

Anyone read or heard something like that?

A close friend of mine told me that he read a news on a Spanish Magazine that says that the XT660R will no be further produce...

That it will only been produce the XT660Z Tenere...

And here in Chile, Yamaha-Chile will not import the XT660R next year...


Do anyone knows something about???

Yes In Australia it is being discontinued. I didn't know it was being discontinued worldwide. It's a shame, such a great bike, I actually prefer it to the Tenere. For Australia is was too expensive to be everywhere like the Suzuki DR650, but since the price was lowered the dealers couldn't keep them on the showroom floor.

thats the prob here with the XTR.. just exspensive compaired to
the 80s tec DR650.. but the DR is a good bike..

looks like both my Yamaha's will be discontinued...
The TTR250 already is....
