Hi all, I think I'm the latest newbie around! I own a 2007 XT660X, my first motorbike. It has no modifications apart from a different air filter and the paint job (red with speed blocks on the tank plastic covers) but I asked a professional to do it, I didnt paint it myself

I would like to thank you for your posts since I'm considering some more customization. Honestly I don't have the space, the tools or the skills to perform most of the modifications you posted, but I could try some.

The XT is a great place to start - simple, easy to work on with modest tools and knowledge. Get your spanners out and have some fun! ;)

Speed blocks stickers idea was stolen from Wendy Clarke's Kenny Roberts XT but yellow was way too much for me.
