Pirelli MTR 02
 

I have Pirelli MTR 02s on my XTX, they have been on from new. I need a new rear, the MTR 02 is no longer produced. Anybody got ideas what to replace it with. I have been told the Diablo Rosso 2 is the replacement. But it is a summer/sport tyre which the MTR 02 was not.

I think that you will then need to change both tyres given that the old ones are no longer available. I had Diablo Rosso 2 fitted to my XTX and they were good for another 12,000 km more or less as the originals, but I have recently fitted Michelin Pilot 3s I think and so far so good, they SHOULD be a good all weather tyre as well as long lasting.
