My front right disc warped quite badly for no obvious reason.As well as being out laterally it also didn't run true in the vertical plane as if the disc was slightly oval not round.

I had a load of trouble with the brembo brakes on my KTM 950 sm.
The front used to pulse like the discs were warped but I put a dial test indicator on them and they were true. Even the KTM dealer agreed with me that there was a fault but we couldn't figure out what it was. Bled the brakes several times, freed up floating disc bolts which were caked up in muck, new pads etc.
The rear pads used to 'rust' onto the disc after you washed the bike.
MCN ran a story on it but KTM & Brembo never accepted any responsibility and I got so sick of it I sold the bike.
