Brilliant! There goes my intention to have an early night. Your hosts remind me of a stay that I had in Durres (Albania) with a drug runner who claimed to be a devout Christian. It didn't make any sense but he was just a nice bloke. I think I may have slept better if he hadn't showed me his tools of the trade. The following morning I walked out of the gates of his place straight into money laundering central and another display of weaponry. It makes for an interesting trip :)

If its the" Le Perthus" just north of Figueres on the FR / ESP border we are about 4 hrs apart
I have lots of work to do before my Balkan trip in June but we must try and great to meet sometime
