It'll be interesting to find out how many miles you eventually get from the Renthal sprockets (with the Scottoiler), particularly the front one...

You say that as if you're not expecting me to get many...

Not necessarily...

I've tried alloy sprockets in the past (not on the Ten though) and they haven't lasted as long as I would have hoped, but having said that, I have not tried alloy sprockets in conjunction with a Scottoiler... which is why I'm interested how you get on.

I got 25K miles out of the OE chain and sprockets having had a Scottoiler fitted since the bike was new, so Scottoilers definitely work wonders!

I just hit 14,000 miles in 8 months.
My chain needs adjusting on a weekly basis, although the sprockets look just fine.
I'm nowhere near the adjustment limit (only about halfway down the markings) but I'm fed up adjusting it.

I didn't put the Scottoiler on until about 5,500 miles, but still I'm a bit pee'd off... Thought I'd get more out of it.

Maybe I should have forked out a bit more for the SuperSprox Rear, but the front seems to be the only one I'd heard of.
JT or AFAB? Seen them while searching recently but not heard of them before.

Had Renthals on my old TW125.
