Well.....I found this insert:
"DNA STAGE 1 (S1) TCI-Y6E08-S1 Yamaha XT 660 Z Air box cover INSERT is designed to be installed in the DNA Stage 2 air box cover and reduce the air flow to a level just above the stock Yamaha rubber intake. Using the DNA TCI XT660Z owners can use the DNA stage 2 air box cover without the need to modify the fueling."

What do u reckon ?? Have anyone used a before or what's the feedback....

The insert is what you should use with the stage 1+2 setup to restrict the airflow so as the bike can be run safely with no fuelling changes. The fact you have the stage 3 cover fitted means fitting this insert will make very little difference (if any) to airflow and your bike will still run lean.

IMO, you have two choices really: (1) Replace the stage 3 cover with the stock cover and fit an insert, or... (2) Keep the stage 3 cover in place, forget about the insert and fit a Kev fuel mod (or a PC).

For what the insert would cost you (and the fact you've spent out on the stage 3 cover), realistically it would make more sense financially to get a Kev mod ordered pronto...
