Swearjar
Morning,
While I am not shy of using the odd profanity (or 4) to emphasise a point during a discussion in the spoken world, however, I am little more restrained when it comes to the written world. :024: Probably as a result of such, I wash shocked that my use of "B*gger" (the unstarred word) became " ****** " in a post in a thread this morning. (In fact, the word became stars here too, in the unmoderated section?) Is it because of my usual restraint that I had not noticed that this forum runs a swearjar? Or is this a new policy? No problem either way. Consider me a dog tied to the kennel checking the length of his chain before I run after the postman. :seasaw: Cheers, Dale |
