Have no idea, I don't think it has a catalysator for starters.

It's also louder than original so that is perhaps an issue as well.

So I would say probably not. (Not sure about the rules about these things either, perhaps it's different in different countries?)

In Finland if i have understood the law correctly the silencer has to be e-marked to be road legal.. Noise doesnt bother me and lack off catalysator is not an issue since i ride 2006 model..
I know metal mule isnt road legal in Finland but in GB it is..
