Good bye Ten
Hi All,
with great regret I will have to tell you that I have put my Ten up for sale. She was a reliable good girl who took me across the entire UK and Ireland, several times to Germany, the Benelux, Denmark Norway and Sweden. After the accident last year my knee will just not allow me to do any off roading anymore and a lower road bike just makes more sense now. Thanks to all on the forum especially Kev for the good advice on keeping it all running well and safely. Never forget that this is the best forum in the world! I have just renewed my membership here and so will be looking in for a while. My Ten's Ebay listing is in the relevent section below if anybody is interested. After the end of the auction there might be some extras left some of you might be interested in. They are listed in the auction but I will give a potential bike buyer first choice on them. I also have a part exchange option with a dealer who does not want the extras. So, good bye for now Rob |
Sorry to hear that but keep in touch

Sorry to see your bike going, you are always welcome here mate.

As Kev said, bike or not bike this is like a big family and we want our estimed members to keep in touch because like many you never know, one day you might want to return to the same bike again, who knows but even if you don't just pop in as and when you want, you will always be welcome aboard our big ship

Thanks
see how it goes. I left once before but never left. Then Yamaha came out with something gorgeous and I had to come back. Who knows what's in the pipeline. 900cc Ten, not so high? 3 pots? Rob |
The new owners picked the Ten up today. Gone to a home with two 660 Tens and a 1200 Ten. All the extra bits are gone with it, too.
And I am sure I recruited two new future members for the forum. Thanks guys Rob |
