Hi there all you thumper lovers

I owned an XT500 for about 10 years and loved it. I had to depend on a bike all year round (the 500 wouldn't have lasted a British winter), so sold it about 2 years ago an bought a BMW, big mistake! I am now pining for a 660 and will probably be treating myself to the X.
I am interested in any advice you seasoned XT660 riders can give me.

the question is not whether to buy an XT660 or not, the problem is chosing which one out of the 4

xt660x / xt660r / xt660z Tenere / xt1200z Super Tenere that is the question...
