Hi im Willy and live in West Cumbria.
Ive just bought myself a 09 XTX and am looking forward to doing a few mods to it as I find it a little sedate compared to my Wr450 on supermoto wheels but am enjoying the bike alot.

Hello Simon thanks for the reply.
To be quite honest I was after something a little less snappy and more useable than the WR and the XTX fits the bill perfectly, I just miss the aggression the WR had at times, im sure a few tweaks and I will be more than happy.

Every year, the first weekend after the May Day Bank Holiday (usually around the 10/11/12/13th) we have a forum get together in the Lakes.

Have a look through these posts, there are some pictures and some pre and post meet chatter, read it quick though, we'll be clearing it down soon.

The early meets proved to be a bit of a test of man against nature.... and the Lakeland Survivor badge was born.

Sounds like a plan for next year then, cheers. I'll have a search for the meeting posts.
